GROUP COACHING PROPELS THE COACHING CONVERSATION FROM THE 1:1 SETTING AND EXPANDS IT TO A SMALL GROUP DYNAMIC.
The goals and objectives from 1:1 coaching continue to be included in group coaching, and now contain additional goals and objectives designed and initiated by the group. Group coaching can be utilized to periodically explore issues and topics that require multiple perspectives from individual groups and contributors.
Working as a group of like-minded individuals with disparate goals and objectives, we’ll pool our knowledge and resources to develop new leadership skills, tactical methods, and business process improvements to achieve our goals and realize greater success as an organization.
